Information:
Snow removal decision points are at 4:00 a.m., 10:00 a.m., 2:00 p.m., and 7:00 p.m.
Snow removal crews are on site or en route to all HOA locations and the crews for apartment complexes (quad-plexes and larger).
Please be patient as they work through this extreme storm.
It is expected that there will be only one "push" today and the balance of the snow removed in the morning along with new accumulations.
Priorities:
Homeowners Associations
(NOTE: contracts vary, and not all services are included
for all associations)
1st priority = driveways
2nd priority = sidewalks
3rd priority = parking lots
Rental units
(NOTE: all single family homes, duplexes, and triplexes are not included
in snow removal contracts -- tenants are responsible for removing their
own snow.)
1st priority = contract account sidewalks (10+ unit buildings)
2nd priority = all other quad-plex sidewalks
Note that parking lots are not included in snow removal
Tree branches:
Complete a maintenance work order on this site to notify us of fallen
branches at apartment buildings and homeowners associations only.
Damage:
Report damage to RMPM on a maintenance work order accessible on this site
within 24 hours.
